Event tickets

Tickets are referenced by the authorized management of Grupo Extra and purchased via our official ticketing partner through the “Get Tickets” links.

• Primary sales only: no resale or secondary marketplace activity is offered on this site.
• Final sale: all ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled.
• Cancellation: if an event is cancelled, refunds are processed to the original payment method according to the ticketing partner’s procedure.
• Changes: date/venue/schedule changes may occur. Tickets may remain valid for the updated event, subject to ticketing partner terms.
